The statue was designed by Jak Beula from Nubian Jack Community Trust to recognise the hard work of BAME nurses from  Windrush generation and prior generations who worked for the NHS. Athena Creative Solutions created computer-generated 3D models and visuals of the statue. We also created the design intent CAD drawings.
